End State Dynamics envisions a world where no one operating at the edge of chaos is left unprotected. We fuse scientific precision with operational grit to deliver health protection solutions where they’re needed most—at remote locations, in the field, and beyond the wire. We exist to challenge the status quo, to bring forward-deployed health protection and environmental hazard intelligence to the unforgiving edge where operations demand it most.
I'm a retired Navy Commander with nearly three decades of service in operational medicine, environmental health, and health protection.
My career has spanned the full spectrum of military and public health operations—from global health engagements and humanitarian assistance missions to peacekeeping operations and large-scale combat support. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams in some of the world’s most dynamic environments, delivering health security solutions under pressure, often in remote or politically volatile regions. Whether the task was preventing disease outbreaks, supporting forward-deployed forces, or stabilizing populations in crisis, the mission has always been the same: protect the mission by protecting the people executing it.
Whether it’s securing the health of U.S. forces and personnel in remote, high-threat environments or training the next generation of public health scientists, I believe in delivering solutions that are agile, grounded in science, and designed to anticipate and mitigate health threats.
When I’m not solving complex health security, and readiness problems, I’m on the mat—refining the art of pressure and control as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and defensive tactics instructor. That’s where theory gets tested, and that’s the same philosophy I carry into every engagement: train hard, think sharper, execute cleanly.
